Built by race directors. For race directors.

We've been on the other side of the registration platform. We know what it costs when the your registration platform doesn't perform, or give you the data you need in a clean manner, in the week leading up to an event. We know the pain when your registration funds are are sitting in someone else's account for thirty days, while you need to pay for permits, shirts, insurance, and awards for your event. Endurace exists because we got tired of working around tools that weren't built for us.

Runners downtown

Our story.

The platforms available to race directors fall into two camps: tools built with so many features and bloat that they are confusing, or products that were designed a decade ago and don't meet the needs of modern race directors.

We've been in both boats, and wanted a better solution. We know what gets stitched together — registration on one platform, results on another, check-in on a spreadsheet, exports that don't give you want you need, and payouts delayed thirty days while someone else holds your revenue.

Endurace is the platform we needed and couldn't find. Built from the ground up for the operations that actually carry endurance sports: from the regional trail series, to big city marathons, multi-distance weekend festivals to gravel rides.

We're in private beta now, onboarding our first partner event organizations. If you direct trail, road, ultra, or gravel events and want to be part of the early group, we'd like to talk.

What we believe.

01
Race day is the product.
Every screen, every workflow, every edge case in Endurace is evaluated against one question: does this make race morning easier? If it doesn't, it doesn't ship.
02
Plain language over clever UI.
Race directors don't have time for interfaces that require learning. Predictable navigation, clear labels, and breadcrumbs that mean what they say.
03
One source of truth.
Stripe owns the money. Endurace owns the operations. We reconcile against authoritative systems — we don't duplicate state and create a second place for things to go wrong.
04
Designed for the long season.
An event is a multi-year series, not a single transaction. Edition inheritance, historical data, and annual reporting all reflect the way event directors actually think about their work.
05
Athletes are real people, not rows.
The marketplace and registration flow are held to the same standard as the admin console. Every registration represents a real person who chose your event.
06
Purpose-built, not repurposed.
Endurace was designed for endurance events — not adapted from a general ticketing platform or a concert registration tool. The feature set reflects what this discipline actually requires.

The team.

We're race directors and software engineers. We've collectively produced more than 200 endurance events across trail running, road racing, and multi-discipline formats. We're based in Colorado.

We're not a large team. That's deliberate — it means every product decision gets made by people who have stood at a start line and watched the check-in line back up.

Where we are.

Endurace is in private beta. We're onboarding our first partner event organizations now — trail running, road, and multi-discipline events in Colorado and the western United States.

If you direct events and want to be part of the early group, the conversation starts with a demo.

Let's talk about your events.

30 minutes with someone who has directed races. We'll walk through your specific setup and show you exactly how Endurace handles it.
